How are the Celsius and Fahrenheit scales different?
Celsius uses 100 degrees between freezing and boiling water. Fahrenheit uses 180. This makes each Fahrenheit degree a smaller step (roughly 0.56°C).
This means Fahrenheit feels more granular in daily use. And the jump from 70°F to 74°F feels more noticeable. The same change in Celsius from 21°C to 23°C barely registers, even though the physical difference is identical.
